Ged Killen (UKMPs) replied to @dj_forrester :

@dj_forrester @PinkNews You’re clearly not always respectful of what people want to be called when you respond to an article about trans men who have periods and want to be called men saying “er, biological men don’t get periods.” That’s not respectful. It’s provocative and it’s blatant transphobia.

@GlobalYawning @dj_forrester @PinkNews If you’re an attention seeker trying to undermine the rights of trans people, sure. Why not?

Ged Killen (UKMPs) replied to @shocker38 :

@shocker38 @AndrewBowieMP You’re looking at the second vote. In the first round of votes, Ken Clarke was 6 short and Boles was 94 short. So the 32 SNP MPs decided to ‘compromise’ and vote for only the Boles one. Ken Clarke’s was 3 short in the second round.

Asda’s behaviour towards their hardworking staff is a disgrace. If you work in the Asda in Blantyre and you’re affected, please feel free to contact my office. @GMB_Union is right, Asda can afford to treat their staff better than this.

Ged Killen (UKMPs) replied to @mabuzzer :

@mabuzzer You’re making the same point as me. Everyone’s view of what they should be available to comment on is different. The demand is constant and daily.

If you’re homeschooling today, make this a five minute lesson just before bedtime. Weather looks good to see the @Space_Station tonight in most of the UK (Times below are GMT, for Luton).

@brodders_be Taxable income when you’re not getting an income? No PAYE record to verify claims; big variation month-by-month and between years; limited mechanisms to physically get cash to the recipient; plus what’s to stop anyone simply registering as self-employed then claiming?

If you ever wondered what you would have done, you’re probably doing it now.

Coincidentally, if you’re in @UKLabour, and not asking yourself that question.. well..
